Manage the deletion of your Onda account

Onda - Account Deletion

To delete your Onda account and all associated data, you have two options available:

⚠️Option 1: From the mobile app (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

  1. Open the Onda app
  2. Go to the "Account" section
  3. Find and tap "Delete account"
  4. Confirm that you want to delete your account

Note: This action is permanent and immediate. All your personal data, purchase history, and preferences will be deleted.

Option 2: Contact us via WhatsApp

If you need additional assistance or cannot access the app, you can contact us directly:

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your request. We will confirm the deletion once completed.

What information is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following will be permanently deleted:

  • All your personal and contact information
  • Purchase and transaction history
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Messages and communications on the platform
  • Any user-generated content

Important: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we will not be able to recover your information.
